Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your PulzBurn subscription within 14 days of initial purchase for a full refund:

  • Subscription must be canceled through the PulzBurn mobile app
  • Refund applies to unused portion of subscription period
  • Access to premium features terminates immediately upon cancellation
  • Custom workout and diet plans remain accessible for 7 days post-cancellation

Refund Processing

1. App Request

Submit refund request through PulzBurn app within 24 hours

2. Automatic Processing

Eligible refunds processed automatically to original payment method

Note: Gym membership fees and personal training sessions have separate refund policies managed by individual gym partners.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:
  • Completed personal training sessions
  • Used gym facility access
  • Custom nutrition consultations
  • Downloaded workout content
