• Custom workout schedules, diet plans, and gym equipment management are included based on your subscription level.
• Admin features for gym owners include member management, payment processing, and facility access control.

Subscription Payments & Billing

• By subscribing to PulzBurn, you authorize automatic recurring payments for your chosen subscription plan.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel subscriptions for non-payment, policy violations, or fraudulent activity.
• Payment information is securely processed through trusted third-party payment processors.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless specified in our refund policy or required by law.

Fitness Content & Features

• Workout schedules and diet plans are delivered instantly through the mobile app upon subscription activation.
• Access to premium features depends on your subscription tier and payment status.
• Custom fitness content creation tools are available for gym admins and certified trainers.

Cancellation & Refunds

Subscription cancellations and refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy. You can cancel your subscription anytime through the app, but refunds are limited to specific circumstances as outlined in our refund policy.
